"A safari to health": This is a very good self help, workbook. It is written to help people better understand one of America's most challenging illnesses, Depression.
Helen Bonneau-Kramer, has been in the field of mental health for 25 years. She has worked with individuals of all ages with psychiatric disorders. She is certified as a Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse by the American Nurses Credentailing Center.
This book is no way meant to replace treatment by appropriate heath care professionals. But is meant to be an adjunct to therapy and a source of encouragement to seek professional help, if it is indeed needed.
